738 bouteilles produites de ce Caol Ila à partir de 2 fûts (#31479 et #31480). Le whisky de ces 2 fûts a été distillé le 6 octobre 2008 et embouteillé sans filtration à froid et sans ajout de colorant en septembre 2022. Avant l'embouteillage, il a passé du temps dans des fûts de vin des GRAVES, vignoble de la région de Bordeaux.

The House of McCallum Vintage collection represents casks from different regions, different styles, some unique casks and other from distilleries distilled the same day and from the same pot still. Each bottle from each cask is unique. Some are finished is selected craft wine casks from small wine producers and are handpicked by myself.
